Grupo Alfil reinforces its commitment to Marbella's sporting activities
From Alfil Patrimonial Socimi, we maintain a firm commitment to Marbella and its citizens, expressing our support to local sports through various initiatives, such as our annual scholarship program, whose new edition has recently been announced, and extending our support to athletes and clubs that, with their dedication and effort, represent Marbella in competitions of different kinds, raising the prestige of the city.
On this occasion, from Hotel Baviera, we are proud to have collaborated with the XVII edition of the National Open Ciudad de Marbella, an event held from April 3 to 6 that brought together national elite players, demonstrating once again the high level and quality of wheelchair tennis.
We also celebrated the triumph of the athlete Óscar Iranzo in the recent World Masters Championships, held from March 23 to 30 in Gainesville (Florida, USA). Iranzo won the bronze medal in the 4×200 relay, reaching the 3rd place in the world, as well as obtaining a meritorious 5th place in the 400 m M45 and a 7th place in the 200 m M45.
A brilliant result that adds to his participation and double triumph in the Spanish Indoor Masters Championship in Antequera, and that is a true reflection of the talent, dedication and competitive spirit of the athletes from Marbella, values that from Alfil Patrimonial Socimi we support and celebrate with pride.
